When Tokuji Hayakawa founded Sharp out of his Tokyo metalworking shop in 1912, he could only imagine the innovation that would be borne from his original ideas and ambitions. We are proud of our heritage of technological creativity and are happy to share our 110th anniversary with all of our customers, supporters and employees around the world who have made Sharp what it is today.
