The Phoenix Control Surface provides an enhanced graphical user interface (GUI) solution for locating, configuring and controlling NK Series devices. Phoenix benefits larger and more complex routing environments in which the Virtual Routing Core is used and large scale configurations are necessary. Phoenix enables users to configure new devices offline, before it’s been installed and connected to the system. Any device can be configured by the NK-IPS Network Bridge can also be configured by the Phoenix Control Surface. Some devices have a custom module, or plug-in, with a more intuitive configuration interface (for example, NK Series remote control panels).
